By making the purchase you declare that you are fully capable of using credit cards and that these have sufficient funds to cover all costs of purchasing products through weetbe.com.
By pressing the “Checkout” button during the purchase process, you declare your full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The prices of our products include all taxes contemplated within the Customs Union of which Spain is part, as stipulated in Article 4 of Regulation (EU) No. 952/2013 of the European Parliament and Council of 9 October 2013, which establishes the customs code of the Union. The taxes that accrue as a result of the export of goods outside this space will be paid by the client. Prices include transport costs for shipments within Spain except outside Spain and the Canary Islands.
weetbe reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of registration of orders (subject to product availability), unless there is a manifest typographical error.
The products remain the property of the supplier until full payment of the price has been made.
weetbe reserves the right to refuse an order from any member with whom it has a dispute.
The supplier will send the products from our logistics center whose final destination will be the address you set. You will receive an email when the order has been picked up by the carrier.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Spain: 2-4 working days
- EU: 3-5 working days
- Outside the EU: 10-15 working days
weetbe will ask you to choose the place of delivery. You must specify your home, office or center where you want the product delivered.
weetbe will inform you of the departure of the order from the distribution warehouse by sending you an email.
Each delivery is considered to have been made as soon as the product has been made available to you by the carrier, as evidenced by the control system used by the carrier. It is up to you to check your order at the time of delivery and then make all reservations and complaints that may appear justified, including the possibility of refusing the package if it has been opened or if it has obvious signs of damage.

Payment by card
The Regulation of the purchases is carried out by bank card. The bank cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, American Express, Maestro, Diners and Red 6000 cards. The purchase price will be charged to your bank account within 4 days from the day of the order and will be considered effective after confirmation of your agreement with the bank payment centers.
In this modality the payment will be charged to your Paypal account in the same way the returns where the company has to pay some amount will be made by the same way.
For your security weetbe has relied on the system of payment by credit card to an external payment gateway (Stripe and / or Paypal)
The bank data entered is encrypted and transmitted securely to the bank’s servers and then verified with the issuing bank to prevent possible fraud and abuse.
This procedure of data entry is guaranteed by the encryption technology SSL (Secure Socker Layer) -128 bits, one of the most advanced and effective protection systems currently available, thanks to which, no third party will have access via Internet to this information regarding the banking data entered by you.
Only the bank and the payment systems have access to the bank details linked to these means of payment, so weetbe does not know or record these details during the payment transaction.
weetbe will do its best to please all customers in the demand of the products.
In case of unavailability of the product after the order has been placed, you will be informed by e-mail of the cancellation of the order.
Following this request, the speed of the return to your bank account will depend on the type of bank card and the conditions of each bank. These deadlines are again specified in the “Delivery” clause.
The guarantees and after-sales services will be governed by the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November which approves the text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. Following this regulation, the seller is obliged to deliver products that conform to the contract, responding to him for any lack of conformity. You are entitled to have the product repaired, replaced, or the contract rescinded.
Changes and returns
The deadlines for Changes and Returns are 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product. Our goal is to make the return and exchange process easy and fast for you. For more information on returns and exchanges please read our return conditions.
Right of Withdrawal
If after making your purchase you wish to exercise the right of partial or total withdrawal from this contract without any reason, you may do so within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the order received by you or by an authorized third party at the address you have indicated. In this case, you will be refunded the full amount of your purchase (including shipping costs if you have paid).
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must send an email to [email protected] expressing your willingness to follow our withdrawal procedure and attaching the following information:
- Reason for return
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Complete delivery address
- Contact telephone number
- In some cases, you may need to include a video or photo of the defective product as proof to reimburse or replace the product.
It will be understood that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal only when the product is received with its original packaging and accompanied by the exclusive withdrawal form duly completed.
weetbe guarantees the refund of any returns made in accordance with the conditions and instructions set out in this section provided that the returned goods are in the same condition as you received them. This means that the goods must not be damaged, deformed or used. If this is the case, you will be responsible for any reduction in the value of the returned goods and must compensate weetbe for any damage to the goods.

Changes to the general terms and conditions of sale
weetbe reserves the right to modify the general terms and conditions of sale without prior notice and may change, delete or add both content and services provided through this website and how these appear to be presented or located on its servers.
These changes must be accepted by you each time you purchase through the website weetbe.com.
